Prep without brushing
Right before application
Do not brush your teeth immediately before applying the strips (this can irritate your gums). Ensure your teeth are dry by wiping them with a clean tissue so the strips adhere perfectly.
2 Peel and align
Upper and lower strips
Peel the upper strip from the plastic backing. Align the straight edge of the strip with your gum line-do not place it directly on the gums. Press gently onto the teeth for good contact.

Fold and secure

Fold the rest of the strip behind your teeth to keep it secure. Repeat the exact same process for the lower teeth using the smaller strip.
4 Wear and reveal
30 Minutes
Leave the strips on for 30 minutes. Thanks to the no-slip grip, you can drink water or talk normally. Once the time is up, peel the strips off from the back of your teeth and discard. Rinse or wipe away any leftover gel.
